Notes
Looking for a well done A36? You found it! Same owner since 2006 has done a very good job with the
upgrades and maintenance. This well rounded Bonanza has the D'Shannon IO550B 300 HP conversion.
This highly desirable mod includes a wet vac pump & air/oil separator, improved cooling system and
engine monitor with fuel totalizer. You get a great engine and better overall performance like the 1984
model! The tip tanks add 40 gallons and 192 pounds of useful load for better range. The avionics package
is very complete with a Garmin GNS530W for WAAS approaches and the MX20 for mapping the GDL69A.
The GTX330 gives you TIS traffic and the PMA8000 has six intercom stations with XM radio coming from
the 69A! The second NavCom is an SL30 which is a very good unit. The KFC200 autopilot/flight director
includes a slaved KCS55A HSI is the best flying system for the Bonanza. Plenty of other nice items like
a hot prop, dual yoke and digital tach too! The paint was done by ADA aircraft painting in 2007 and all the
glass was done the year before so the the exterior looks like new! The interior was done in 2001 but we
just re-dyed all the seats so it looks great now too! Five of the cylinders were replaced new 249 hours ago
due to a SB and the last one only has 388 since new. Just out of a fresh annual and ready to go!
Price $179,900.00
